Our privacy policy meets the highest standards
Passtab operates within Australia, UK and Europe. As such, our privacy policy is in line with both the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and European General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).
Our adoption of the GDPR principles means we’re adhering to the world’s most stringent privacy principles. Our platform is used by many prestigious colleges in London where the UK GDPR privacy laws are mandatory.

Our privacy policy is comprehensive, compliant and rigorous
Passtab takes a compliant, consistent approach to data management and has an effective data protection program in place. We routinely audit our systems with a focus on data security as well as training and assessing all staff on data protection.
Personal information collected by Passtab is stored on a secure server provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Access to the secure server is restricted to trained and authorised Passtab personnel only.
Administrators have password-protected access to all visitor/school personal information collected by Passtab. Visitors do not have access to personal information at any time.
